Everything on this site — service descriptions, case studies, pricing ranges in the contact form, timelines mentioned anywhere — is informational, not a binding offer or quote. A real engagement only exists once EdgeWeb and a client sign a separate proposal, statement of work or contract, which is what actually governs scope, price, timeline, intellectual property ownership and support for that project. Nothing on this website overrides that agreement.

You may browse this site and submit enquiry forms for legitimate business purposes. You agree not to:

• Scrape, copy or republish this site's content without permission.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to this site or its underlying systems.
• Submit false information, or use the enquiry/discovery forms to send spam or unsolicited content.
• Use the site in any way that could disable, overburden or impair it.

Submitting the contact form or discovery popup sends your details to EdgeWeb by email and doesn't create any contractual obligation on either side — it starts a conversation, nothing more. See our Privacy Policy for what we do with that information.

The EdgeWeb name, logo, and the design, text, case study write-ups and code of this website are owned by EdgeWeb Infotech LLP unless otherwise noted, and may not be reused without permission. Case studies describe real engagements at a general level; client names and confidential details are omitted or shared only with permission. Ownership of any intellectual property created during an actual client project is defined in that project's own contract, not by this page.

This site links to third-party services — WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and others. We don't control those services and aren't responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. Any interaction you have with them is governed by their own terms.

This website is provided "as is." We try to keep it accurate and available, but we don't guarantee it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or perfectly up to date.
